This package includes a customized coaching plan and one on one Executive Coaching to ensure you get up to speed in your new role as quickly as possible. This three month engagement gets you off to your best start. You’ll avoid traps and pitfalls and achieve success quickly, with an experienced accountability partner at your side. After the intake session, you’ll receive coaching once a week for three months.
