Kris developed a governance structure, investigated and recommended the best model for Indigenous engagement, ran weekly meetings to keep the initiative on track and organized the initial planning meetings. Kris expertly planned and facilitated a workshop to bring together TRU senior administrative and academic leaders to advance our enrolment plan.
